Conservative CNN contributor Scott Jennings delivered a blunt assessment of President Joe Biden’s legacy just moments after Biden’s farewell address to the nation on Tuesday.
In a clip shared on his X account, Jennings stated that Biden, the 46th president, will primarily be remembered for his role in the political career of President-elect Donald Trump — particularly in Trump’s two election victories.
