I confronted him, and he said that his mother was angry and felt offended by my initial refusal to give her the keys, so she decided to take back the gifts she had given us for our wedding. The worst thing is that my husband is on his mom’s side. He says that my reaction was unfair toward her and that I should’ve respected her more.
