At 61, Demi Moore’s super long hair divides fans in recent appearance – “Not appropriate for her age”

I think we can all agree that Demi Moore – whether you’re a fan of her on-screen talents or not – is an exceptionally beautiful woman.

Not only that, but she seems to posses the enviable gift of being able to keep Father Time at bay, at least in so far as her appearance is concerned. Take a look at any respectable celebrity-themed news outlet or magazine, and you’ll more than likely find at least once instance wherein Moore has dazzled in recent times.

We here at Newsner have covered (at least in part) her appearances at Cannes Film Festival, the Met Gala, and Dolce and Gabbana’s 40th anniversary party in 2024 alone.

My point is that one could wax lyrically about Moore’s beauty and undying grace, particularly for a woman of 61, for a very long time indeed.

And yet even she isn’t beyond the criticism of internet denizens ever ready to pick apart an A-lister’s look apart, be that with a focus on their hair, appearance, makeup, or choice of outfit.

As stated, we’ve already written about the reaction to Moore’s attendance at the Cannes Film Festival last weekend, but after seeing a number of comments doing the rounds online, we decided we’d have to go back and revisit it.

You see, not only did people have plenty to say about the actress’s stunning silver gown (featuring an arrowed segment that thrust straight out from her left shoulder) but it appears her hair also became a major talking point.

The Indecent Proposal star’s waist-length locks garnered considerable attention in the wake of Cannes, prompting divided opinions among her fan base and beyond.

“Her hair is too much,” one opined on Instagram.

“Yes, agreed. It needs to be put up in a messy bun… not appropriate for her age,” said another.

“Hair way too long,” another said simply.

“Love her but it’s getting boring now. Trying too hard,” said a fourth.

“Too much hair 😢” commented another.
