The Don Lemon Show” was unexpectedly cancelled by Elon Musk, the owner of the social media network X, formerly known as Twitter,
during the recording of an interview with the former CNN anchor for the show’s upcoming premiere.

Elon Musk was interviewed by former CNN anchor Don Lemon for the first edition of “The Don Lemon Show.” However, after this interview, Musk made the decision to axe the X show. Elon Musk owns X and frequently describes himself as a “free speech absolutist.” Without giving any explanation, the business said that Lemon’s show will not be returning, but it did stress that it was committed to allowing free speech on the platform.

Don Lemon conveyed his dismay about the postponement and said he will air his interview with Elon Musk. “We had a good conversation; my questions were respectful and comprehensive, spanning from SpaceX to the presidential election.” “Clearly he felt differently,” Lemon said following the interview. It appears that he is not open to questioning from individuals like me as part of his commitment to a global town square where all thoughts and questions are welcome.

When asked about content moderation and the proliferation of hate speech on the X platform during the conversation, Elon Musk became agitated. Lemon brought up issues with the regulation of hate speech, particularly the proliferation of the “great replacement theory.”
