Despite her attempts to destroy our marriage, my husband still wants to support her.
Barbara is having a rough time. It was only recently that she learned her husband had been helping his sister behind her back, even though he told her they were no longer talking. She is now looking for advice on how to deal with this surprise discovery.
There was a tough situation for Barbara:

Robin and I have been married for sixteen years. Our life has been mostly good, but his sister Gemma has caused me a lot of trouble.
Gemma has always been mean to me and has worked to ruin my reputation and our relationship. She even pushed Robbie to talk to his ex-girlfriend again, who was her best friend.
I once had to make Robbie choose between going out with Gemma or getting married to me. We didn’t talk to Gemma for ten years after he chose our marriage.
But just now, I learned that Robbie has been talking to Gemma again and sending her a lot of money every month without her knowing. He told me Gemma is sick and doesn’t have anyone else when I asked. “If you make me pick, I can’t leave Gemma alone this time,” he said. I’m all she has when she’s sick.
Gemma has hurt me in the past, and I don’t want our money to go to her.
